Reiko Hervin’s 2009 Fall
Watercolor Classes Registration Opens
Award winning artist, Reiko Hervin is going to give fun
filled, Drawing and Watercolor Painting Classes,
starting from September to November in Gardnerville. All
Classes have 30 minutes of Still Life Drawing Session
and Critique, 2 hours of Watercolor Painting Session
with specific themes.
These classes are designed for people who want to draw
and paint from their own subjects. Drawing is an
essential foundation for painting. When your drawing
skills get better, painting skills improved also because
our eyes are trained to see the proportions of the
subjects and the light, values and colors as well. We
are planning to Paint out for two classes this October
for the Fall Watercolor program.
There are one-day workshops at Nevada Museum of Art also

Beginning Class A “Rare’
(Absolute Beginner, step by step):
Time & Date: 9:30 a.m. - Noon Thursday mornings (except
10/9, 11/19-p.m.)
Starting 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/9, 10/29, 11/19, 6 Classes
Intermediate Class B “Medium’
(Intermediate, painting experience less than 3 years):
Time & Date: 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoons
(except Fri.10/9)
Starting 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/9, 10/29, 11/19, 6 Classes
Advanced Class C ‘Well Done’
(Advanced Amateur, painting experience more than 5
years)
Starting 9/3, 9/17, 10/1, 10/8, 10/9, 11/12, 6 Classes
