WATERCOLOR: PEONIES
Saturday, June 18 / 10 am - 5 pm
Paint these gorgeous light pink flowers using transparent
watercolor. Watch instructor demonstrations on how to highlight
petals and accentuate their medium and dark values. Step-by-step
watercolor techniques will be taught including how to create a
loose background with a realistic and tight focal point to
create beautiful, dimensional blossoms.

Some classes and teachers have a strong following and Ishimatsu
said those classes fill quickly.
Reiko Hervin, who will be teaching a one-day workshop
called Watercolor Pencils for the Traveler in the summer, is one
of those teachers.
"She has quite a following," Milon said. "I took her
watercolor for the absolute beginner. It was awesome. I have my
watercolor on my fridge." |
